Vee has come on board with over 6 years in the financial services sector, including roles at banks such as ANZ and Optim Financial. He is highly acclaimed in the broking industry having been nominated the Best Newcomer at The Adviser’s Better Business Awards 2020, within the first 12 months of his transition into becoming a broker. Passionate about tailoring the right financial solutions to fit his client's individual needs, Vee's ability to understand his client's property goals is the cornerstone of his success. He has also received numerous awards, notably a nomination at the Adviser’s prestigious Australian Broking Awards as Loan Administrator of the Year in 2018 & Winner of MPA Young Guns in 2021. Naz is a finance enthusiast and the newest addition to the team as a Broker. Naz procured his knowledge and understanding of finance by working at NAB for 4 years – his role in credit assessment and involvement with different projects across different sectors of finance industry really helped earn recognition in the broking industry quickly. Naz joined MTA Mortgage Brokers as of January 2023 seeking better mentorship and hunger for success as a Mortgage Broker. Naz is looking forward to a long and successful career under the guidance of Kerry Kalendra and Vaibhav Shah.

Theodora joined MTA Mortgage Brokers in 2017 as an Executive Assistant. Theodora has been in the broking industry since 1999. She has worked for a Mortgage Manager and Mortgage Brokers in the capacity of Client Services Manager assisting people with their everyday banking needs. Whilst working for a Mortgage Manager, Theodora was also able to approve loans. Later became an accredited Mortgage Broker with all the major banks and some of the smaller banks for 17 years. Prior to that Theodora was a Branch Manager with Bank of Melbourne for 13 years. She was one of the first Branch Managers that was given the Authority to Approve Loans under certain guidelines. Whilst with BOM she became a Member of The Rotary Club and the Local Traders Association.
