Tyson is a dedicated finance professional with 14 years of experience in automotive sales and lending. He excels in customer service and strategic sales, focusing on exceptional client experiences and personalised lending solutions. He consistently surpasses expectations. Basketball is also a passion for Tyson. In both playing and coaching, he is committed to teamwork and achieving high-performance goals. Currently, he is an Assistant Coach for the Kilsyth Cobras NBL1 Men. Outside of work and sports, Tyson enjoys collecting sneakers and exploring new cultures through travel. He leverages his diverse experience to build lasting relationships and help clients achieve their financial goals.

Theodora joined MTA Mortgage Brokers in 2017 as an Executive Assistant. Theodora has been in the broking industry since 1999. She has worked for a Mortgage Manager and Mortgage Brokers in the capacity of Client Services Manager assisting people with their everyday banking needs. Whilst working for a Mortgage Manager, Theodora was also able to approve loans. Later became an accredited Mortgage Broker with all the major banks and some of the smaller banks for 17 years. Prior to that Theodora was a Branch Manager with Bank of Melbourne for 13 years. She was one of the first Branch Managers that was given the Authority to Approve Loans under certain guidelines. Whilst with BOM she became a Member of The Rotary Club and the Local Traders Association.

With a strong foundation in accounting, Rikisha Shah has spent years assisting over 1,000 clients with their TAX & BAS lodgements at her father’s accounting firm. Her passion for numbers and problem-solving led her to join MTA Mortgage Brokers as a loan processor, where she diligently helps clients secure the best mortgage solutions. By combining her accounting expertise with a deep understanding of finance, Rikisha is committed to providing tailored support and ensuring every client’s journey is smooth and stress-free. Outside of work, Rikisha is dedicated to giving back to the community and actively supports charitable initiatives. She is also a strong advocate for animal welfare, working to support causes that ensure the care and protection of animals. Whether professionally or personally, she strives to make a positive impact wherever she can.

With over 25 years of experience in the Banking & Finance industry, and 8 years in the Broker Industry, Liz has a comprehensive understanding of the entire loan process, mainly focussing from formal approval through to settlement. Her expertise includes effectively guiding clients through all the stages of the loan approval, ensuring all required documentation is in place, coordinating with relevant parties, and managing any issues that arise. Liz is highly skilled in facilitating clear communication between all stakeholders, ensuring the seamless execution of the loan settlement. Throughout her career, Liz has proven to be a dedicated, trustworthy, and client -focused individual that looks to build long-lasting professional relationships and achieve successful outcomes.

Tarun holds a Master’s degree in Professional Accounting and a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. He has been working in the finance and accounting industry for the past four years. He specializes in residential and SMSF lending. Tarun’s goal has always been to make clients’ lives easier by guiding them through an efficient borrowing process, regardless of their financial circumstances. Outside of work, he loves playing cricket, enjoys road trips, and exploring the great outdoors.
